I was looking for a long time for the right contractor to remodel my mother’s home, after meeting with dozen of contractors, I decided to go with Smart Construction Consultants. Ron helped me with budgeting and were able to come with great ideas that actually save on the overall cost. The work included update all the house lighting, rewire and new 200 Amp main electrical panel with complete interior painting of the home. Ron and his team were excellent. The entire process went more smoothly and quickly than I expected.
My project was a partial bathroom remodel. An old tub/shower was removed and replaced with a modern walk-in shower. The shower was tiled up to the ceiling. Also, some resurfacing of a wall was done (smoothing).
The construction team was very clean and organized. Their attention to detail was great. The project stayed on budget.

We found Smart Construction Consultants to remodel a rental property we own after our tenants for the last ten years just moved out and the entire space needed to be update with the intention to bring the house back to shape for a new renters ASAP.
